Free standard shipping on all items with option to upgrade to express + insurance at checkout.

Standard International Shipping (inc tracking), with the option to upgrade to tracking + insurance or express + insurance at checkout (we do not take responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged in transit if shipping is not upgraded to tracking & insurance)

Buyers are responsible for any customs/VAT taxes that may apply

Return & Exchange Policy

For all finished opal listed as Polished opals or specimens;

If not 100% satisfied with the first 30 days of receiving your purchase, we will happily exchange the gem upon receipt (and of course it still remains  100% of its original condition). Read our terms and conditions for more detail.

Please note, there is no return policy for all "customized" opals (i.e. reshaped or drilled products)
